The die-cutting machine plays a major role when it comes to make-ready times. The optimal synchronization of all stations and tool components is especially important. But why is calibration necessary at all?
The explanation is quite simple: a die-cutting machine is subject to unavoidable wear. This includes, for example, a change in chain elongation with effects on the gripper bar position.
